Telephone Market Research: Our Approach
Telephone market research carried out by DJS Research Ltd, whether as a stand alone methodology or (more likely) as a component part of a project, is designed to effectively answer your research objectives. As such, we offer no “off-the-shelf” packages but bespoke market research projects, which are tailored to meet your research needs.
Our in house telephone market research unit, with CATI capability, allows us to be able to carry out your research project both quickly and effectively. Expert DJS consultants use their 12+ years experience within the market to provide a coherent and action orientated analysis of the results, with a report that is focused on insight, actionable findings and suggestions for ways to move forward.
With these goals in mind, many of our projects are two staged:

By using both quantitative and qualitative data we can create a more effective survey overall, and therefore a more actionable report, but we can also consider specific reasons for peoples answer – not just whether they liked a product for instance, but why they did or did not like it.
Telephone research is an ideal methodology to help us accomplish our quantitative goals as we can use CATI to communicate with a wide variety and large number of respondents.
Using the telephone as a research method can also be part of the qualitative stage, for example conducting telephone depth interviews. However, a number of other methodologies can also be used. For more information on this, please click here: qualitative research
How DJS Research Add Value
Your telephone research project will be conducted by a Senior Consultant (a researcher with at least 12 years experience) from start to finish. They will have hands on involvement at all stages of the research, including attending all meetings, set up, topic guide design, conducting the majority, if not all of the telephone fieldwork, project management, analysis and reporting.
Our Senior Consultants are skilled in both telephone and quantitative research, so if your project combines these two methods you would have one contact throughout.
If you have a telephone research project in mind, feel free to get in touch. We would be happy to put forward a research proposal or discuss more informally how you could progress things. You can call us on +44 (0)1663-732721 or contact us through our online form: contact us.
